Strength training at Kieser Training is designed to build up the strength you need for a wide range of activities and sports. However, your personal training needs are always paramount and defining those needs is a joint process between you and us. Based on your personal health history and training goals, we prepare a personal programme that works for you.
Unless you have particular health issues, your first session is an introduction to the machines and how they work, but you also start training. You are accompanied by a Kieser Training instructor during your first three sessions so that you can learn the correct use of the machines. Your 10th session is also accompanied; this allows an instructor to check that you are doing the exercises correctly. For preventive strength training, one or possibly two 30 minute sessions per week is recommended: This ensures the optimum build-up of strength, making the Kieser Training method both effective and efficient.
A thorough introductory and analysis phase combined with regular check sessions are not only the basis but also the benchmark for successful training.
If you have certain health issues, we recommend our medical therapy - Medical Strengthening Therapy. It is a medically indicated treatment and is managed by a doctor. Each session is done in the company of a therapist.
