Kieser Training strengthens the shoulders, back and forearm for tennis

A strong body is crucial for powerful strokes and dynamism around the court. Training those parts of the body under most strain can prevent injuries: Well-trained muscles are better at protecting upper and lower back muscles and the upper limbs. The effect on stroke technique and agility on court is clearly visible. 

The following machines are particularly good at strengthening

  • the shoulders (E4/E5)
  • the lower back (F3)
  • and the forearms (H3)

and provide the strength you need for tennis.

    Strong shoulder muscles increase shoulder mobility and prevent pain.
