In the modern world of work, many of us sit for long periods. Sitting in the same position for a long time without moving reduces blood flow and this causes the muscles to tension and fatigue.

Our abdominal, leg and gluteal muscles gradually weaken and the back muscles shorten. Kieser Training provides specific exercises to correct this imbalance.

The following machines are particularly effective at strengthening

  • the lower back (F3), 
  • the abdomen (F2) 
  • and the neck (G5) 

and so are good for improving strength for daily life.

Programme for sedentary activities
