Our self-esteem is partly dependent on whether we are satisfied with the way we look. Our external appearance and the movement of the body are largely determined by the condition and shape of our muscles. For example, we can lose that excess weight around the stomach if we eat the right diet and do intensive strength training for the major muscle groups. Resistance training increases muscle strength – the results are really impressive and clear for all to see.

The following machines are particularly effective at strengthening
