Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles – for core strength

The pelvic floor muscles work in tandem with back and abdominal muscles to stabilise the spine. Strong core muscles are also essential for good posture.

Well-trained pelvic floor muscles don’t just protect the pelvic organs. They also protect the sphincter muscles for the bladder and bowel. Strong pelvic floor muscles help prevent sexual dysfunction and are essential for a strong voice.

In particular

  • our recently developed pelvic floor machine (A5) 

together with the machines to strengthen

  • the inner thigh (A4) 
  • and the lower back (LE/F3) 

help improve quality of life.

    A5: Pelvic floor

    Targeted, isolated training of the pelvic floor improves its muscle structure and function. It is an ideal way to prevent weak pelvic floor muscles and the associated problems.

    A4: Inner thighs

    The adductors and pelvic floor muscles work synergistically. During this exercise, the pelvic floor is automatically strengthened.
