A strong body underpins an active life free from pain. Kieser Training is an effective concept based on established science. It does not seek to keep up with the latest fitness fads. Rather, it is a concept that for decades has guaranteed maximum training gains.

What’s more, Kieser Training is an efficient use of time. We have found that 30 minutes strength training twice a week is sufficient. Our machines and exercises are designed on the basis of scientific principles and adapted in line with new research. We provide a personal training plan - your gateway to achieving your goals.

The development of this plan is a two-way process with your needs very much at its heart. A thorough introductory and analysis phase combined with regular check sessions are both the basis and the benchmark for successful training.
