The study showed that Kieser Training works quickly and efficiently. Even after just 6 months, participants had largely achieved their personal training goals. 72 % had reduced or completely eliminated pain – this was done with just one or two sessions a week each of 30 minutes. 74% of those seeking an increase in back or overall body strength achieved their aim.

Why does strength training work so quickly?

The main ingredient required for effective training is resistance. The greater the resistance to be overcome, the greater the effect on the muscles. Machine-based training allows you to dispense a precise resistance and control the way exercises are done. In this way, we achieve maximum training success in the shortest possible time.
